• We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
• Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Returns are accepted only for:
  • Damaged or defective products.
  • Incorrect products received.
• Products damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or returned after 7 days are not eligible for return or refund.
• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
